Friendly staff, clean room, with convenient amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning made my stay enjoyable. The free parking was a great bonus for exploring the area.

I appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, which made it easy for us to bring our dog along. The king room was pretty spacious with a nice seating area. A/C kept it cool, but the fridge was a tad noisy. There was a jetted tub which seemed outdated. Nice outdoor swimming pool, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast was decent, fresh with variety like eggs and pastries. The staff was super helpful when I checked in.

Point Mallard Water Park was a blast! The kids had a great time splashing around while my father and I relaxed in the sun. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making check-in a breeze.

To top it off, the noise level was significant, with sounds from the hall and the nearby dog daycare making it tough to catch any quality sleep. Overall, not the ideal setting for a relaxing pit stop.

The common areas had lovely artwork that brightened my stay. The hotel also had good accessibility features for seniors, ensuring our comfort during our time there.
